Local Offer & SEND Information
Seadown School Local Offer
Seadown School is an independent SEN school for pupils aged 6 to 16. We are registered for 31 pupils.
All of the pupils in attendance have been referred to us via a local authority’s Dynamic Placement System. Children and young people who have previously been isolated at, or excluded from, school are supported to grow and develop socially, to gain some confidence and be encouraged to do their personal academic best.
The school can provide provision for a variety of additional Special Educational Needs and we offer a holistic and nurturing approach to education. All staff are experienced in working with young people with a variety of educational needs including ASC, ADHD, trauma and attachment, SEMH, moderate learning difficulties and dyslexia.
